Paulos, a prisoner of Yahusha Mâshı̂yach, and Timótheos brother, unto Filímon beloved, and fellow worker,
And to our beloved Apfía, and Árchippos our fellow soldier, and to the ekklisía in your house:
Love to you, and peace, from Êlôhîym our father and Âdônây Yahusha Mâshı̂yach.
I thank my Êlôhîym, making mention of you always in my prayers,
Hearing of your love and faith, which you have toward Âdônây Yahusha, and toward all saints;
That the participation of your faith may become powerful by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Mâshı̂yach Yahusha.
For we have great joy and consolation in your love, because the affection of the saints are refreshed by you, brother.
Therefore, though I might be much bold in Mâshı̂yach to command you that which is convenient,
Yet for love's sake I rather ask you, being such as one as Paulos the aged, and now also a prisoner of Yahusha Mâshı̂yach.
I ask you for my son Onísimos, whom I have begotten in my shackles:
Which in time past was to you useless, but now useful to you and to me:
Whom I have sent again: you therefore receive him, that is, my own affection:
Whom I would have retained with me, that in your place he might have ministered unto me in the shackles of the gospel:
But without your consent I would do nothing; that your benefit should not be as it were of necessity, but willingly.
For perhaps he therefore departed for a season, that you should receive him for ever;
Not now as an slave, but above a slave, a brother beloved, specially to me, but how much more unto you, both in the flesh, and in Âdônây?
If you count me therefore a partner, receive him as myself.
If he has wronged you, or owes you anything, put that on my account;
I Paulos have written it with my own hand, I will repay it: because I do not say to you how you owe unto me even your own self besides.
Yea, brother, let me have joy of you in Âdônây: refresh my affections in Âdônây.
Having confidence in your obedience I wrote unto you, knowing that you will also do more than I say.
But in the same way prepare me also a lodging: for I trust that through your prayers I shall be given unto you.
There salute you Epafrás, my fellow prisoner in Mâshı̂yach Yahusha;
Markos, Arístarchos, Dimás, Loukas, my fellow workers.
The love of our Âdônây Yahusha Mâshı̂yach be with your spirit. Âmên.
