Now we exhort you, brethren, by the coming of our Âdônây Yahusha Mâshı̂yach, and by our gathering together unto him,
That you do not be soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as how the day of Mâshı̂yach is at hand.
Let no man deceive you by any means: for except there comes a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called Êlôhîym, or that is worshipped; so that he as Êlôhîym sits in the temple of Êlôhîym, showing himself that he is Êlôhîym.
Do you not remember that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
And now you know what withholds that he might be revealed in his time.
For the mystery of iniquity is already work: only he who now holds back will continue, until he is taken out of the way.
And then shall that wicked be revealed, whom Âdônây shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the manifestation of his coming:
Even him, whose coming is after the working of the accuser with all power and signs and lying wonders,
And with all delusion of iniquity in them that perish; because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
And for this cause Êlôhîym shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
That they all might be damned who did not believe the truth, but had pleasure in iniquity.
But we are bound to give thanks always to Êlôhîym for you, brethren beloved of Âdônây, because Êlôhîym has chosen you from the beginning to salvation through sanctification of the rûach and belief of the truth:
Where he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Âdônây Yahusha Mâshı̂yach.
Therefore, brethren, persevere, and hold the ordinance which you have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
Now our Âdônây Yahusha Mâshı̂yach himself, and Êlôhîym, even our father, which has loved us, and has given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.
