But of the times and the seasons, brethren, you do not have any need that I write unto you.
For yourselves know perfectly that the day of Âdônây so comes as a thief in the night.
For when they shall say, peace and safety; then sudden destruction comes upon them, as pain upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
But you, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
You are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us be vigilant and sober.
For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that are drunken are drunken in the night.
But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for a helmet, the hope of salvation.
For Êlôhîym has not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Âdônây Yahusha Mâshı̂yach,
Who died for us, that, whether we keep awake or sleep, we should live together with him.
Therefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as you also do.
And we ask you, brethren, to know them which work hard among you, and are over you in Âdônây, and admonish you;
And to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. And be at peace among yourselves.
Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are insubordinate, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all.
See that no one pay evil for evil unto any man; but always follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.
Rejoice always.
Pray without ceasing.
In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of Êlôhîym in Mâshı̂yach Yahusha concerning you.
Do not extinguish the rûach.
Do not despise prophecies.
Test all things; seize on that which is good.
Abstain from all appearance of evil.
And the very Êlôhîym of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray Êlôhîym your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Âdônây Yahusha Mâshı̂yach.
Faithful is he that calls you, who also will do it.
Brethren, pray for us.
Greet all the brethren with a sacred kiss.
I charge you by Âdônây that this epistle be read unto all the sacred brethren.
The grace of our Âdônây Yahusha Mâshı̂yach be with you. Âmên.
